WELCOME NEW MEMBER

Once contacted by the Membership Chairman, you will have seven (7) days to respond via submitting your application.  If no application is submitted or response is received within seven (7) days, you will be rotated to bottom of the waiting list (No Exceptions).

You will need to attend a monthly membership meeting with your sponsor, which are held the 1
st Tuesday of every month at 7pm.  You should arrive 30 minutes before the meeting to pay the application fee. (If you are unable to attend the Monthly Membership Meeting, please contact us.  Your sponsor will introduce you to the club members.

Your sponsor must be a member in good standing for at least 1 year.

You will then submit your application along with your $50 application fee.  You will be voted on at the membership meeting, and you will be notified of acceptance at the meeting (or by email).  Once accepted, your $75 annual dues for this year must be paid in full on or before the next monthly membership meeting. Failure to pay your dues within time frame will require you to resubmit your application with an additional $50 fee.   After dues are paid, you can pick up your membership keyfob on either the 1st or 3rd Tuesday of the month.

We DO NOT SEND ANYTHING VIA US MAIL.  It is your responsibility to attend a meeting to pick any items. If you do not have an email address, it is your responsibility to attend monthly meetings to monitor your status and keep up with club events. There is a $10.00 fee for replacement of all lost or damaged keyfobs.  If you experience any keyfob difficulties, attend any membership or board meeting or contact us.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

Annual renewal dues ($75 effective 10/2016) must be received by 1st Tuesday of October.  Failure to receive your dues payment by this date will result in your membership termination.  If you wish to be reinstated, you may add yourself to the NEW member waiting list below.

KEYFOB GATE ENTRY PROCEDURE

Please STOP and 'swipe' your KEYFOB at the six (6) inch plastic square access panel on the pole EVERY TIME you wish to enter, even if the gate is already open. If the gate starts to close before you enter, STOP. Let gate make contact with your vehicle, this will trigger gate to reopen.  DO NOT try to beat the gate as Fish House Fish & Game Club will not be responsible for damage occurring to your vehicle.

Keyfobs will also open the door to Club House and Indoor Range by 'swiping' your fob at appropriate space.  Note: You are required to do a walk through before you can access Club House and Indoor Range with a Range Safety Officer

GATE EXITING PROCEDURE

When leaving the Club grounds, proceed slowly towards gate.  Once you are within 10-20 feet of the gate, the gate will open automatically.  If gate fails to open, you will need to get out of your vehicle and use your keyfob at entrance access panel.  When doing this, you have 55 seconds from 'swiping' until the gate will start to close.  If this fails , contact us.
